Return & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges require approval by Lauren Sigman Collection.
If you would like to return an item for exchange or receive store credit, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 5 days of receiving your order.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. We will email you a confirmation of exchange or credit request and how to send back your piece.
Please make sure the item is returned to Lauren Sigman Collection within 5 business days of the delivery date. All returned items should be sent back via UPS or certified US mail to:

Pieces should be returned in their original condition with the original Lauren Sigman Collection box and pouch and delivery package with proof of purchase.
Custom, engraved, one of a kind or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged. This includes all jewelry pieces with initials or lettering, since these items are made to order.
Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Pieces showing signs of wear, damage or resizing will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
All sale items are final sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is the repair policy?
We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should need repair on any jewelry piece purchased from Lauren Sigman Collection, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a repair request. Charges will be assessed on an individual basis.
We will always repair at no charge for any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt. Repairs needed after this time period or deemed to be caused by overuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
All orders shipped within the state of Florida will incur a 7.0% sales tax charge.
We will ship your order via USPS or Fed Ex. We offer free US Shipping on orders of $100 or more. We make every effort to ship your order within 3 days of receiving it. However, many of our items are made to order and some pieces can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will let you know when your order is placed when shipping will occur. If you have questions about the lead time of any specific pieces, or need something right away, please send an email to email@example.com
