Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item which you purchased to receive store credit, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@laurensigmanjewelry@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We will email you a confirmation of Return request and issue a return number. You may return an item within 7 days from date of purchase for a merchandise CREDIT valid on www.laurensigmanjewelry or www.liveyourhappy.com (less shipping costs). Please note all one of a kind, or custom work pieces will be final sale. All discounted or sale items will also be final sale.

All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS or certified US mail to:

Repairs
We are happy to size rings for a fee or make any repairs to your jewelry if needed. Just contact us for a quote and instructions on sending your piece back to our offices. E-mail info@laurensigmanjewelry with the subject line: Repair
