We will ship your order via USPS or Fed Ex. We offer free Domestic Shipping on orders of $500. We make every effort to ship your order out within 3 days of receiving it. However, many of our items are made to order and some pieces can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. We will let you know when your order is placed if shipping will be delayed.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving package. Please contact us at info@laurensigmancollection for return authorization.

Repairs

We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. We will repair at no charge for any breakage caused by defect from our studio within 90 days of receipt. Repairs needed after this time period or deemed to be caused by overuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
