We will ship your order via USPS or Fed Ex. We offer free US Shipping on orders of $100 or more. We make every effort to ship your order within 3 days of receiving it. However, many of our items are made to order and some pieces can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will let you know when your order is placed when shipping will occur.
All returns and exchanges require approval by Lauren Sigman Collection. If you would like to return an item for exchange or receive store credit this is possible.
Repairs
We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. We will always repair at no charge for any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt. Repairs needed after this time period or deemed to be caused by overuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
