The bracelet is 14K yellow gold and says J-O-Y in gold letters with her birthstone (Ruby) at the end of her name.
The bracelet can be ordered in 3 different lengths depending on how you would like to wear it and your wrist size. If you are local to Orlando, we encourage you to come by our store at the address below. We will measure your wrist and discuss the best size for you. If you're long distance you may order directly from this website and we will ship the bracelet to you after it's made in 3-4 weeks.
You can call the store at any time to ask questions and we're happy to walk you through the best way to choose a bracelet size.
There will be a small shipping fee on every bracelet order.

We will ship your order via USPS or Fed Ex. We offer free Domestic Shipping on orders of $500. We make every effort to ship your order out within 3 days of receiving it. However, many of our items are made to order and some pieces can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. We will let you know when your order is placed if shipping will be delayed.
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving package. Please contact us at info@laurensigmancollection for return authorization.
Repairs
We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. We will repair at no charge for any breakage caused by defect from our studio within 90 days of receipt. Repairs needed after this time period or deemed to be caused by overuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
